We understand that great technology is only the beginning.  Paladin Data Systems provides full support for SMARTGOV. Our help desk personnel are ready to answer your phone calls or emails.

Our support is provided entirely by SMARTGOV employees in the Seattle-area. We never outsource support. Our support team has full access to our implementation team and developer team: They work together to resolve your problems without complicated processes and communication delays. This white-glove, account-managed support ethic distinguishes SMARTGOV from large corporations.

In addition to personal assistance, we supply documentation on the use of SMARTGOV, including tutorials, white papers, configuration advice, videos, and how-to instructions. We also offer a variety of training courses both in-person and through the web.  If you need access to tutorials or training, please let us know.
